Service Description
The program includes four classes per week and blends strength training, the MELT Method, Pilates, yoga, and nutrition habits into one complete, whole-body approach. This program will support you from every angle. Strength training sessions focus on building muscle mass and increasing overall strength, while MELT Method sessions help restore connective tissue, reduce pain, and calm the nervous system. Pilates and yoga classes emphasize core strength, balance, and mobility, and the addition of simple, sustainable nutrition habits helps participants improve energy, recovery, and long-term wellness.
